How are you doing these days? Are you (like me), on the lookout for some fresh inspiration, and/or some gentle and fun ways to keep moving, especially during these changeable times?

If yes, then I might have good news for you :)

I have been cooking up a storm in the land of new video recordings and techie things lately.

Now that I am home more, feel I want to start moving again, and I've been feeling very much inspired to create new online material for those who want to study, dance and move along with me virtually.

At the same time, I've fallen a bit behind in keeping you updated on these latest additions to the online library, so thank you for your patience.

Who knows, perhaps a few of these new digital classes might be just what you were looking for right now :)

I've recently taken a plunge into the Zoomiverse, and while I'm still getting used to the techie bits, I am deeply loving the process, and the learning connection it creates.

I have started teaching weekly classes for strength, flexibility and dance, I hope to be continuing these class series - for a while at least.

This is a new series I am recording from home, and it will contain 7 full instructional video sets in total.
