MEET MOO DENG - A baby pygmy hippo that has been stealing hearts all over the world ❤️

She’s been my inspiration for today’s stories and posts about my online BOOST courses.

Why? Because.. looking at her joyful and sweet piccies and videos online soothes my soul and relaxes my body & mind 🥰

And.. I hope with all my heart and soul that the gentle movement and dance sessions we do at BOOST can do the same for my online BOOSTie Members.

Because, LOOK.

Today I received a heartwarming message from one of my online BOOSTies who is recovering from an injury.

She wrote how glad she was she could still join today and feel a bit better after the class.

And another lovely BOOSTie Member wrote me this, in reply to today's Moo Deng inspired stories.

I’ll be traveling to China with Mr. E this fall to study, heal, meditate, relax, walk, learn taiji and gentle qi gong exercises in the heart of the Wudang mountains ☺️
