What is BOOST?

BOOST is an online Program for Dancers of all levels that combines self-care, gentle strength, relaxation and dance.

The SIDE EFFECTS of being a BOOSTie may include: improved posture, a lifted mood, motivation to move, increased range of motion, a surplus in joy of movement, and tons of little 'aha moments'. Be warned.

When is BOOST?

We'll be starting in January 2022, and we'll get our virtual Strength - Flexibility - Dance BOOST on for 36 Weeks(!)

BOOST 2022 is spread across the FULL year, with short digestion/catch up breaks between our different BOOST Topics and Seasons.

BOOST Live is 3 short 30 minute sessions per week via Zoom/FB. We do Strength on Mondays, Relax on Tuesdays, and Dance on Fridays.

What if I cannot join Live?

As a 2022 BOOSTie, you will automagically get FOREVER ACCESS (Streaming + Download) to ALL our 2022 BOOST Recordings, PLUS you'll get access to our Private BOOSTie FB Group Community for immediate Live Session replays.

You can join the BOOST classes however you like!

Join any (or all!) of the Zoom/FB Live sessions 'real time'
View the class recordings 'live' or with a delay via the private FB Group
Stream/download the videos via Gumroad at your own pace (yours forever)
Or (like most participants do!) have a creative 'make it fit your life' combo of it all :)

Here's what we will do in BOOST2022:

In Season 1 (starting January) we will dive deeply into Intros, Turns & Traveling Steps
In Season 2 (starting May) we will go for Belly Work, Improvisation Tips, Stage Presence
In Season 3 (starting August) we will work on Shimmies, Finales, Floor Basics and Props
