As for payments, you can choose to pay once for the full year (cheapest option!), once per season (3 payments in total) or once per month (9 payments in total)

So.. What is online BOOST?

BOOST is an online feel-good movement Program for Dancers of ALL levels, styles and ages, that combines self-care, gentle strength, relaxation sessions and dance tips.

In 2023 we will focus on dancing with PROPS (veil, double veil, isis wings, fan veils, balancing props (sword!))

You can join the BOOST classes live, plus you'll get access to the replays (forever yours, so you can go at your own pace if needed)

What will happen if I join for 2023?

This is a message I received from one of our previous BOOST participants:

When is BOOST 2023?

We'll be starting somewhere mid-to-end of January 2023 (date tbd)
The classes run until mid-to-end of December 2023 (date tbd)
There will be 36 weeks of BOOST (12 weeks of Sessions per Season) with sessions spread across the year, plus digestion/catch up/rest breaks at different intervals (schedule tbd)
Each BOOST week has 3 short 30 minute sessions which you can join via Zoom/FB Live or replay.

What if I cannot join Live?

You'll have FOREVER ACCESS (Streaming + Download) to our 2023 BOOST Replays via Gumroad
PLUS you'll get (or keep) one year access (January - December 2023) to our Private BOOSTie FB Group
