You can now get access to ALL of my remaining online classes and workshops(!) of the rest of THIS year (2021) in one fell swoop!

We'll be getting our virtual Strength - Flexibility - DANCE jam on together for 12 weeks - with a 3-week fall break early September(!)

What will we do in BOOST Season 3? We will focus on a different topic each week, learning gentle, but effective exercises for Strength on Mondays, Flexibility on Tuesdays, and we'll apply the benefits of this to DANCE on Fridays.

What will happen in these 12 BOOST Weeks?

Your posture will improve
Your shoulders will get more range of motion
You will feel more free to move
You'll breathe more deeply
Your hands and arms will move more fluidly
You'll learn my favourite tips & tricks for dancing with Veil, Double Veils AND Fanveils!

All this in just 3 short (30-minute!) sessions per week.

What if I cannot join the BOOST Sessions Live?

Even if you cannot join me Live for BOOST (or you can join some live, but only a few!) you can simply learn at your own pace, repeat any BOOST recordings whenever you like, and hop in to join some live sessions whenever it works for you!

Even if you work only with recordings, you are very welcome to write to me at info@khalidadance.com if you have any questions during BOOST, and/or you can send me a short clip of you in action via FB/Insta PM whenever you want a personal eye on your technique if anything is not quite clear.

K-Support is included in the package!

The BOOST Topics are set up in such a way that you can take the classes in any order.

How can I Sign Up?

We'll get started together THIS Monday already!

You can join the BOOST classes however you like!

Join any (or all!) of the Zoom/FB Live sessions 'real time'
View the class recordings 'live' or with a delay via the private FB Group
Stream/download the videos via Gumroad at your own pace (yours forever)
Or (like most participants do!) have a creative 'make it fit your life' combo of it all and join whenever it works :)

Here's what we will do in BOOST Season 3:

In Part 1 (starting July 12th) we will dive deeply Posture, Hands and Arms
In Part 2 (starting August 9th) we will go for Veil, Double Veil and Turns
In Part 3 (starting September 27th) we finish up with Single & Double Fan Veils (my favorite!)

After you sign up you'll get a welcome email and you can join our Private BOOSTie Participants FB Group right away.

The class recordings (yours forever!) will be sent to you via Gumroad once per week (Fridays) once classes officially start.

"I originally signed up for Khalida's BOOST classes because I saw she was offering a silk veil series, and that happened to be a topic I was working on at the time. I'm really glad I did! Although I normally prefer to focus my training on all things Egyptian, I have found these classes, and Khalida's approach to teaching, incredibly helpful.
I'm not a naturally coordinated person, and I've often found my dancing is held back by muscle imbalances and body awareness issues, which aren't addressed in most bellydance classes.
So I really appreciate that Khalida breaks each topic down to its absolute basics and goes through the underlying anatomy, with carefully chosen exercises to activate and release exactly the right muscles for each movement.
It is like a multidisciplinary bodywork class designed especially for the physical demands of bellydance!

"I have started Khalida's online July course (posture & arms BOOST) with the main aim to keep moving throughout the summer.
As the classes progressed, I noticed that the posture of my body was changing, even when I was not dancing!
In my daily life (but also during dancing), I have the tendency to have a closed posture, meaning that my shoulders tend to 'hang' to the front of my body. By the end of the 4 weeks of this series, my posture had completely reversed!
My shoulders are much more open now and this translates in more confidence, an unexpected bonus.
I am much more aware of my body now, and I tend to self-correct naturally whenever I feel a 'slouch'. Additionally, my dancing has changed, especially my arms. There seems to be much more freedom in my movements now.
