Here are the Workshop practicalities:

Why did I choose this Workshop Topic?

Because 'Magic of Magencés' is something that I feel can be helpful for all dancers, no matter the style or level (the skills we work on can be transferred!)
I have tons of tips & tricks I've been 'sitting on' from my dance (and martial arts) experience over the years that I'd LOVE to share with you.
ALSO.. 'Making Dances' is what we will be working on in more depth during the upcoming Season (May - August) of my online Strength - Flexibility - Dance BOOST Program anyway (we start on May 2nd!) So it's inspired by my current BOOSTies - and the timing is perfect <3
Last but not least: The tips of this class can be useful for you no matter if you prefer choreography, or rather do improvisation/freestyle, or even a mix of both!

What will we do?

We will start by diving into practical tips for learning, creating and performing, for your own dances and those of others, and we'll also experiment with how you can adapt your own favourite moves to different magencé 'moods', how to use a stage to your advantage, and how to switch smoothly between different styles and rhythms.

This class is accessible for all levels (even if you're an absolute beginner)

BONUS: We will also do a little 'Q&A' - time permitting - at the end of the class on all the joys (and frustrations!) of the creative process of dance.
