Sometimes, people ask me how I am so 'zen' all the time.. or how I do so much.. and it takes me by surprise.

I am absolutely NOT zen all the time lol. (Mr. E knows!) In fact, I can get quite anxious, moody, lethargic and insecure/sad if I don't take care of myself well.

So.. yes and no. I do feel happy, and I'm getting healthier (in many aspects) every day, but it does take some effort (it's wayyy easier than before now though!)

And I figured.. I am probably not alone in this. Many dancers I know struggle (or have struggled) with lack of motivation, self-confidence, perfectionism, finding their 'way', finding balance, dealing with setbacks/detours/unexpected changes and staying authentic in this big big world.. right?
