BOOSTie Q&A!!

Q: Can I join BOOST22 even if I have never done a BOOST class before?

A: YES. Each BOOST year is different, and while the Topics may change, the main principle (gentle strength/activation exercises on Mondays, mobility/flexibility on Tuesdays, and DANCE on Fridays) stays the same.

Q: Do I need to be a certain level to sign up?

A: Nope. BOOST is designed for any level, and any style, as we will focus on the FUNDAMENTALS of movement and dance in our sessions. This way, no matter where you are at, you will get out of BOOST what you need the most.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot join all (or any!) BOOST sessions LIVE?

A: ABSOLUTELY. You are warmly welcome to join any of the BOOST classes that fit your schedule, EVEN if you've missed a ton of classes before!) OR you can simply approach it as a self-study course using our Recordings.

Q: Can I re-watch the BOOST Sessions later?

A: YES. All our BOOST sessions are saved immediately in our BOOSTie FB Group where you can rewatch them at ease, plus I will upload the Videos of each BOOST to our recordings Platform (Gumroad) on Fridays.

Q: Does my access to the BOOST Recordings expire?

A: Nope. Access to our FB Group is temporary (for the time you are enrolled) but you will KEEP permanent (download & streaming) access to the BOOST22 classes you've signed up for via Gumroad FOREVER (well, at least for as long as the internet exists)

Q: When do we start with BOOST?

A: Our first official BOOST22 Class will be on Monday 10th of January 2022 at 12:30 CET. While you wait, you can already get started with our BOOST archives immediately after signing up with our BOOSTie Feel-Good Bonus Session AND the BOOST Archives in our BOOSTie FB Group.

Q: Will there be bonus BOOSTie goodies like this year?

A: YES. As a BOOSTie, you are my VIP, so if I plan any online workshops (Hint: there will be an updated REELS course coming up in January/February 2022!) it will be yours to join/review for FREE. You will also get my latest exclusive updates every Friday, a digital/printable BOOSTie workbook just for you, a BOOST diploma (on request!), PLUS you'll be able to sign up super duper early for the next edition.
